UNFPA-UNICEF Global Programme to End Child Marriage Annual Report 2020

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA)–United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Global Programme to End Child Marriage works with many partners to advocate and support practical actions to end child marriage, and to promote gender equality and the empowerment of adolescent girls.

This annual report and the country profiles account for the actions taken by the Global Programme at the national, regional and global levels on the agenda of ending child marriage. It describes the progress made, the challenges, opportunities as well lessons learnt achieved amidst a global pandemic.
